"Fireback" Sales & Customer Relationships Management system (1999-2000). This is a Windows Server, ASP, MSSQL based system with mulitude of features. It was shaped and tailored for a recruitment agency with the aim to automate processes and to integrate with web front end.

Main features included: database of current, past and pending contracts (job advetisiments), centralized management of recruitment services rates, commissions, targets for managers, automated Quotes and Contracts generation, clients / contacts database, shareholders database and multi-cast e-mailing facility, manager's personal card, records of salary, commission rates, benefits, disciplinary records, awards, employment history, automated monthly invoicing, auto-alert system, advertising space management system, holidays booking / management system, personal expenses control and extensive reports System, including Managers' personal performance, Teams, Office, Company performance reports and a Corporate documents library.

Description

"Fireback Sales and Customer Relationship Management System" (Fireback S&CRMS) - is a software application for contract management, recording and monitoring sales activity and performance in the industry of online recruitment services.

Fireback S&CRMS has been custom built in accordance with agreed project specification.

The main purpose of the Fireback S&CRMS is to monitor activity, performance and revenue of the individual managers, teams, offices and the recruitment company overall.

Fireback S&CRMS is a server-based network application, built using Internet technologies and accessible from the local area network, remote offices or mobile computers.

Fireback S&CRMS allow managers and executives of the Company to complete, store and manage quotes, contracts and expenses, generate invoices and analyse performance of each member of the recruitment company by means of various reports.

Our proposal

Throught the the experience of being envolved into such project not only have we successfully completed the system, but have also learnt and familiarised ourselves with processes and terminology of the recruitment industry.

The system described on this page was built to a customers' specification. This is not a stand-alone "commercial off-the-shelf" (COTS) product. We can help you building a similar system tuned to your specification, workflow procedures and hardware / software environment.

  15. Access and Connectivity:
    1. Fireback is network-based and accessible from the Local area network, remote offices and externally for travelling managers;
  16. Security
    1. Fireback uses username/password protection (Microsoft ® Windows 2000 user-level security structure), utilising servers' own security features (firewall server) and by splitting the systems to executive server and document server (also for tuning and best performance of NT/2000 system);
    2. Limited access for managers and remote offices to all corporate resources (i.e. inability to modify rates, terms, formulas, access to HR files other than their own etc.);
    3. Administrator and Business Administrator groups have full access to resources and be able to set rates, permissions, discount ceilings, modify corporate documents etc.
