T2G has an email distribution system for current valid subscribers. It is an
independent third-party system, featuring a HTML-editor and templates with
ability to map names, surnames and email addresses etc. in order to personalise
communications. The purpose of our involvement was to create an online system
that aggregates mailing lists (dedicated to certain campaigns) for further
export into that distribution system.
In other words we had to create an an exchange link that would enable
participation of several administrators but still be centrally controlled and
monitored by campaigns manager.
This new system included:
*A database and and mangemetn interfaces	*Secure and password protected
login.	*Two types of system users:
*Manager/supervisor.	*Clients
*A campaings manager (supervisor) has rights to create campaigns and edit all
parameters.	*A client can only review data and upload mailing lists for
selected campaigns. Certain screens and fuctions are not evailable to a
client.	*One campaign may have several mailing lists and the system has
capability to take and store those lists as required.	*Clients may leave notes
(instructions) under each campaign for managers.	*Lists can be exported back in
CSV/XLS formats.
