to run a database with non-fixed number of properties. For example

for some reason, you need to introduce a new field called "Part
Number". Our catalogue will be able to add this property without
reprogramming the database. So this can be implemented by your in-house
operator at no additional costs for external consultant. You can

very important feature is the ability to submit details of your
product or services to various market places (content publishing).
This is achieved by using the latest technology in Internet programming
- XML. Here is a simple example: |

run an Estate Agency. You need to have your properties details
generated in Word file for your office window (1), then you need
to publish them on your own web-site (2) and some other web portals
(3, 4 etc.) like "Asserta Homes", for example. Our database
will allow you to do all this automatically. All that required is
to specify FTP connection details and ordered properties of your
products for each market place. This will have to be arranged only
once. |

does not require each operator to have Access or Excel installed
on his/her PC, it does not require installations for each individual
PC, because it works from a browser interface. |
