The key approach for our product is that it consists of 2 main parts:

• (1) the OPERABLE CORE and
• (2) the INTERFACE.

THE INTERFACE - is a shell that can be completely changed to suit your corporate colours, images AND screen layouts!

If you look at the demo, it has a certain way (design) to present the data. This design (or 'outer shell') can be completely changed in any way you, or your graphic designer, like.

THE CORE (the engine) consists of the following functions:

1. Searchable database of properties, with:
1. - unlimited number of rooms/photos that can be uploaded per property;
2. - picture gallery;
3. - printable format button;
2. Store and manage "properties for sale".
3. Store and manage "properties for rent".
4. Store and manage subscribers (property seekers), with automatic email notifications if a newly added property matches their search criteria.
5. Registration page (for item 3 above)
6. Feedback page.
7. News page (content can be managed from the Administration interface).
8. Set of static (info) pages (content can be managed from the Administration interface)
9. Administrative interface where you (without being a PC guru) can:
   1. add/edit/delete and manage properties for sale/rent;
   2. change status of properties (e.g: under offer, sold etc.);
   3. add/edit/remove price prefixes (e.g.: "offers over" etc);
   4. add/edit/remove areas;
   5. edit some system parameters;
   6. review automatic statistical reports (e.g.: demand/offer for properties by area, by price brackets, number of bedrooms).
10. The system is linked to "Multimap.com" for showing local maps and aerial photographs (subject to individual agreement with "Multimap").
