1. Click on this link: [installation] to download a file (14Mb). (Alternatively, the installation CD can be posted to you.)
2. A pop-up screen will open offering you to either 'Run this program ...' or to 'Save it ...'.
3. Select "Save this program to disk" and click OK.
4. Save it anywhere on your computer.
5. Once downloaded follow the installation instructions below. -
6. Run (or double-click on) the 'Distributed Reports.exe' file.
7. OK/Yes/Next on everything.
8. Once you get to the dialog window called "Connection setup" you need to enter the following:
   If you intend to use the Internet connection for data download:
• user name : <user name given to you by SBS>
• password : <password given to you by SBS>
• re-enter password : type it again
• URL : 62.231.150.47
• select connection: select any connection from he menu.
• Complete the installtion and then -
• Open the application and go to Setup menu > Setup Connection.
• Select "Use current connection" option as shown on the picture below and click OK.
• Now you are ready to download data via the Internet.

If you intend to use the dial-up connection for data download enter the following parameters:

• user name : <user name given to you by SBS>
• password : <password given to you by SBS>
• re-enter password : type it again
• URL : 192.168.43.227
• select connection: select connection to SBS server; if you do not have such connection click on "Create connection" to create one and follow the instructions.
