The system is designed for online property advertising and management, as an estate agency front end. The full list of features is given below. The system is easy to use and can be managed by an average computer literate user.

The system is completely internet-based (located and hosted at the suitable hosting provider, who has all necessary facilities and consists of two major parts: the Public Interface and the Administration interface.

Public interface is a cumulative term for everything (pages and functions) that can be accessed online by general public.

Administrative interface is a cumulative term for all pages and functions that are protected by special username/password access and were created to manage and control the content and functionality of the application and the public interface.

2. Ability to search and view the advertised properties for sale and/or rent for all site visitors (registered on non-registered).

7. Facility for registrants to edit / remove their entries in the database.
8. Email notification for matching property to a registered house-hunter.

11. Edit “News” and other static pages using the built-in online Editor.
12. Edit / manage system variables.
