What does it do?

This is a unique, low cost application specifically designed for independent retailers, businesses and the self-employed, but is easily applicable to personal, government or local government usage, as well as clubs, doctors, dentists and other professions who wish to distribute mobile short messages (sms).

With one click it allows the user to contact one or all of their clients/customers, by SMS (text to mobile phones) / email / letter; that's all three message types in one software application, featuring name/address merging facilities.

What are the main features of the application?

• Send SMS, Email messages, create and print letters.
• Add, Edit or Remove an individual contact or import a list of contacts from MS Outlook/Express or from any other sources capable of using 'csv' files.
• Assign contacts to groups and manage groups.
• Create, save and call-up templates for future re-use.
• Create distribution lists based on various parameters (filters).
• Merge fields (Title, Name, Surname) in to content of a message to personalise it.
• Automatic birthday check for contacts.

What are the costs?
The application is free to download. The only cost is for sms credits that have to be purchased in order to be able to send sms.

The application is using a global international sms gateway and the cost of SMS credits on average is considerably cheaper than with most telecom operators. The cost of SMS credit remains the same low for national and international SMS distribution.
